Cal Taylor game calls are designed to be played on any device and should convert easily. If you have trouble with your audio sounds playing on a device, please refer to your machine's manufacturer.

Your specific call sound or sound package purchase lists each animal included. The current Cal Taylor game call sounds release was developed through years of tested success. The effectiveness of each of these game calls has proven results.

We understand that when you purchase a sound or sound package from us that you are free to use it how you see fit and place it on more than one call if you have more.

We would ask that you NOT share them with other potential customers.

We have dedicated a great amount of time and resources to provide these high-quality, highly effective sounds and would appreciate you keeping them ONLY for personal use.

Don't worry, they did download and save to your mobile. No matter the device, you will not be able to listen to your new call sounds unless/until they have downloaded. Mobile devices are working in the background even if you can't see anything on screen. We recommend you go to the files App on you cell and search the first 3 letters of your new files, CTC. Or, you can find the search bar on your phone's home screen (every phone has one) and search for CTC, files, audio files. Going into your Settings to search will work too.

1. Make sure your unit is fully charged and remote has full battery power. A low battery during this process can cause issues.
2. First, check that the SD card you added your sounds to will play on a different device, like a PC or laptop. The file transfer to your SD card could have been interrupted or failed to complete (this happens sometimes, for any number of reasons). You might fix the issue by re-adding the files to your SD card and trying to play them on the Lucky Duck again.
3. If your SD card will not play the sound files on a different device, then your SD card could be bad.
4. Make sure you have a working SD card that is compatible with your Lucky Duck.

If your sounds will play after downloading, then the download was successful.

1. WAV files will not play on Lucky Duck calls. You need to purchase MP3 if you have a Lucky Duck and want to use our call sounds.
2. Freq calls will play WAV but require audio file titles to begin with a two-digit number code starting with 01, 02, 03, and so on, with no spaces. Try renaming the files you purchased by adding 01 to the beginning of the file name and removing spaces in the file name. For example, if your file is: CTC Coyote Distress Call you would rename it, 01CTCCoyoteDistressCall
3. You must check with your manufacturer and your e-call manual to make sure you are purchasing the correct audio file type. Not all e-calls will play both WAV and MP3.

In the event of a corrupted file, please email the attached corrupted file to info@caltaylorcoyotes.com with the subject line "CORRUPT FILE SOUND." Kindly include your name and order number, if available. Upon receipt, we will authorize another download of your purchase. You will receive an email with a new download link. While this issue is uncommon, occasional interruptions can occur during downloads. To investigate and prevent future occurrences, and to approve additional downloads, we require a copy of your downloaded file.
